These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Macros IOW website and the purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ABOUT US
Macros IOW (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a prepared meal delivery service operating on the Isle of Wight, United Kingdom.
Meals are freshly prepared in-house and delivered locally.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

3. OUR SERVICE

Meals are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and they do not guarantee any weight loss or Muscle gain, they are designed to help you balance your life.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & ORDERS
4.1 Subscriptions

Subscriptions operate on a recurring basis.

By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the agreed interval.

Subscription meals must be selected within the stated ordering window.
4.2 Order Deadlines

Orders must be placed by the stated cut-off time.
-
Orders not placed before the cut-off will not be fulfilled for that delivery cycle.

Late selections cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
4.3 Changes & Cancellations

Changes to orders or cancellations must be made before the cut-off time.

Once the cut-off has passed, meals are prepared and no refunds or changes are possible.
5. DELIVERY

Delivery is available within the Isle of Wight only.

Delivery dates and times are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery, or that a safe place is provided.
We are not responsible for:

Missed deliveries due to incorrect address details

Spoilage caused by meals left unattended
-
Delays outside our reasonable control
Photos will be taken of all deliveries, any deliveries left due to no one being home are not the responsibility of Macros once they have been left.

6. STORAGE & REHEATING

Meals are delivered chilled and must be refrigerated immediately.

Storage and reheating instructions are provided on packaging.

Once delivered, responsibility for food safety passes to the customer.
We accept no liability for illness or spoilage resulting from failure to follow storage or reheating instructions.
7. ALLERGENS & DIETARY INFORMATION

All meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles all major allergens, including (but not limited to) gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and sulphites.

While we take care to label meals accurately, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Customers with allergies or intolerances consume our meals at their own risk.
It is your responsibility to check labels and ingredient information before consumption.
8. NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION & MACROS

Nutritional values are estimates based on standard ingredient data.

Variations may occur due to ingredient sourcing, preparation, or portioning.

10. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be completed before orders are processed.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
11. REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products:

All sales are final once the cut-off has passed

We do not accept returns

Refunds are only issued if meals are proven to be faulty or unsafe upon delivery
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

Terms are breached

Abuse or harassment occurs

Fraudulent activity is suspected
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, logos, and meal concepts — is the property of Macros IOW and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
