Is Macros cooked fresh or frozen?

All meals are cooked fresh on the Isle of Wight and delivered fresh.
We don’t freeze meals, and we don’t ship them in from the mainland.

Fresh food. Short supply chain. Better taste and better for you.

Macros is built for busy islanders who want to eat well without overthinking it.

Whether you're looking to get more defined, build strength, stay consistent with a busy life, eat in a more carb-aware way, follow a GLP-1 friendly approach, or simply keep things simple with one solid meal a day, our meals are designed to fit real routines and real appetites.

How does delivery work on the island?

We deliver twice per week, Fridays & Mondays between 4pm & 7pm, always free.

last orders are on Wednesday by 6pm for Friday delivery & Friday by 6pm for Monday delivery. No courier depots. No mainland delays. Just reliable, local delivery that works around island life.

Do I need to count calories or track macros?

No. We’ve done the thinking for you. You choose meals based on your goal, we handle the portions and balance. Simple decisions. Consistent results.

How long do the meals last?

Meals are designed to stay fresh in the fridge for several days when stored correctly.

They reheat easily and are ideal for planning ahead without losing quality.
